Miroslav has more than 35 years of experience in the banking sector. He served as the Director of HR, Director of the Credit Department and a board member at ZABA (Unicredit Group). 

After leaving ZABA, he held the positions of deputy president and subsequently president of the board of HUP Zagreb d.d., listed Croatia-based hotel management company.

Mato is an expert in business restructurings and turnarounds, with 10 years of advisory experience, including 8 years at BDO Advisory Croatia.

He managed restructurings over 30 companies , incl. pre-bankruptcy settlement and bankruptcy proceedings.

He completed master's degree in Austria at FHWN and is an certified business appraiser at the Croatian Association of Appraisers.
